Living Waters Baptist Youth Camp is located 5 miles south of Fredonia, Kansas, 5 miles west on Country Road 500, 2 miles south on Chase Road, and two miles West on 250 Road at the corner of 250 and Allen.
DIRECTIONS:
- From Kansas City: South on 169 HWY out of Olathe to 39 Highway, [at Chanute); West on 39 Highway to Fredonia, South on Harper Road into Fredonia. Follows same direction below from Fredonia to Camp.
- From Wichita: 400 HWY to Fredonia, Turn Right at Harper Road, and follow same directions below from Fredonia to camp.
- From Topeka: HWY 75 South to 39 HWY Turn Right to Harper Road, Turn left into Fredonia, and follow same directions.
- From Tulsa, OK: HWY 75 North to Neodesha, Kansas, Turn West toward Lafountain (Pass Lafountain Exit) until you come to the Buxton Exit, turn West on 500 Road, and follow same directions.
- Fredonia to Camp: Follow Harper road (also listed as Third street) about 5 miles South; Turn West on 500 Road at "Buxton" Exit about 5 miles (Just past Buxton Community Church); Turn South on Chase Road about 2.5 miles, Turn West on 250 Road (about 2.5 miles) to Allen and the camp is just ahead of you.
WORK PROJECTS FOR CAMP:
- Repairs to property for upgrade and maintenance.
- Purchase and install fitted sheets for mattresses
- Purchase and install lights for the outside of dormitories and play areas
- Replace broken water lines and install water meter
- Pour Concrete pad for basketball field.
- Build more dormitories.
- Build Storm Shelter.
REMINDERS:
- Churches are encouraged to schedule a week of camp using the facilities of Living Waters Baptist Camp. Please contact El-Bethel BC to plan your camping date and fee.
MISSION STATEMENT:
Living Waters Baptist Camp facility: We provide Christian, faith based facilities that can be used for retreats, as a work camp, for planning, meetings, conferences, workshops, as a recharge center, as a base for serving those in need in the local community, for special events, weddings, reunions, family gatherings, and more. Those who use our facilities include church member groups, church staff members, family groups, reunion groups, youth groups, men's and women's retreat groups, and more.
Living Waters Baptist Camp facility is designated more for spiritual outreach. There is plenty of room for recreation however these are in the developmental stage.
Our goal is also to make your time spent at this facility as affordable as possible, to foster service, and to make our facilities available so as many as possible who are in need may be served.
